In two words: be patient!
When you press the + button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, the application searches the Internet for a certain amount of information to make sure that all its data is up to date. If these requests are slow, then you'll see an hourglass.
Requests can be slow for 2 main reasons:
- a large number of players are loading weather GRIB files at the same time
- your Internet connection is slow
You don't have to do anything, just be patient. It can take up to 30 seconds.
