My Virtual Regatta credentials are not detected. What should I do?

Check that you are entering the correct login credentials. Try logging out of Virtual Regatta and logging back in to confirm your password. Then go to eSail4VR and try again.

If you still can't log in, change your password in Virtual Regatta. The easiest way to do this is to log out and ask Virtual Regatta to send you a new password by e-mail. Then try logging in with this new password.

Here's how to request a new password from the Virtual Regatta application:

  • Open Virtual Regatta and tap on your avatar in the top left-hand corner. Your profile is displayed.
  • Tap on “Change my password” and follow the instructions.
  • Use the new password to log in to your Virtual Regatta account in eSail4VR.
