Yes, the limit of the Arctic/Antarctic exclusion zones is drawn in pale bluish white on the map. The routing takes these exclusion zones into account: it does not cross land, ice or exclusion zones, and sending the orders is blocked if a leg crosses them. Please note that they may be modified during a race if the actual race committee changes them.
