⚠️ Possible delays in updating forecasts
Nothing to be done! The delay probably comes from NOAA and will be resolved on its own.
From time to time, NOAA may experience delays in the production or distribution of its GRIB files. This means that in-game weather forecasts will not be updated until NOAA catches up. The important thing is that our application remains synchronized with VR, and this is most likely the case. You can check the PRODUCTION status here and DISTRIBUTION status here.
We understand that this can be frustrating, and we sometimes receive messages from impatient players, such as “1:36pm and still no weather update beyond 108 hours !!!!!!”. We invite you to contact us if you think you've identified a problem, but please be aware that adding lots of exclamation marks won't speed up its resolution. 😊.
In very rare cases, the problem may be on our side. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to resolve any anomaly quickly when it occurs.
